Wow - they were both incredible workouts!
The warrior was INTENSE - designed for the US troops and taught by Tony Horton to the troops themselves on bases all over the world. I was drenched in sweat. Literally from head to toe!
We also did a Plank Challenge in our group today. Check out the little dude under me! He is my yoga/plank/zen master. He says yoga is good for stretching his feet! I agree.
